Shipping & Returns


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Territories

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to ensure that each customer is happy and love their purchase! We will try our absolute best to solve any issues with your purchase. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please see details below. 

We offer  returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Items that are discounted are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Some items such as body products and wax tablets are FINAL sales. NO EXECPTIONS

  • Returned items must show no sign of use and in original packaging.

  • After the 14 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage customers to try product within the 14 day period to ensure product meet their needs.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return item(s) are received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that your return was received. We will also inform whether your return was approved or refused.
