Prepare, revise, and finalize all technical design documents, including (but not limited to) demo/construction plans, lighting & plumbing plans, custom cabinetry elevations, custom furniture drawings, exterior elevations, 2D and/or 3D mockups, etc. -

Prepare detailed specification sheets of all project finishes and fixtures -
Assemble and conduct extremely thorough review of final document packages -

Bookkeeping Associate (Full-time)

Hubdoc management; which includes a daily cleanup of Hubdoc, ensuring invoices are not duplicated, and that there are no unnecessary documents -
Posting invoices daily from Hubdoc to Quickbooks and ensuring everything is recorded accurately -
Weekly match of credit card statement charges with posted invoices to Quickbooks -

Executive Assistant (Full-time)

Assist with personal calendar management and scheduling for Design Manager -
Prepare outlines and/or early drafts for a variety of written items on behalf of the Design Manager. Some examples include detailed emails, new job descriptions, new policies and process overviews, memos, and updates -
Assist with processing new leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, new client onboarding, and with research and information gathering for new internal projects and ventures -
Use existing tools and templates (as well as new ones you may create!) to assist with preparation of service proposals, such as quotes and project schedules -
Prepare monthly reports on all billed revenue and present analytics to track financial targets -
